Rates & fee guidance

Fixed fees by invoice volume and entity count; quotes confirmed in the engagement letter.

Pricing for a financial audit of an accounts payable automation application depends on invoice volume, number of legal entities, and whether fieldwork is on-site. The figures below are guidance for planning; your engagement letter states the binding fee.

Multi-entity groups add effort for intercompany invoices and separate payment runs. A second legal entity typically adds 20–35% to the single-entity fee, confirmed during scoping.

What moves a quote up or down

  • Number of AP automation applications (or major modules) in scope
  • Availability of change logs and prior auditor comments
  • Need for Thai/English dual-language reporting
  • Travel beyond Phuket and Bangkok for plant or shared-service visits
  • Compressed timelines tied to board or lender deadlines

Deposits & billing

A 40% deposit is invoiced with the signed engagement letter. The balance is due when the final report is delivered. Fees cover professional time, standard document handling, and one round of factual clearance. Out-of-pocket travel outside Phuket–Bangkok corridors is billed at cost with prior approval.

These rates are informational only. No online payment or checkout is offered on this site. To receive a firm quote, request a scoping call.
