We do not ask for payment card numbers, national ID numbers, or payroll data through the website form.

- Responding to scoping and engagement enquiries
- Preparing draft engagement letters when requested
- Improving site reliability and understanding aggregate traffic (if analytics cookies are accepted)
- Meeting legal obligations that apply in Thailand
Legal bases
We process enquiry data because you request a response (pre-contractual steps) and because we have a legitimate interest in operating a professional practice and securing our website. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we request it via the cookie banner.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Engagement working papers follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter.
Recipients
Data is handled by API Index Path personnel. We may use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our practice is based in Thailand. If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take steps appropriate under applicable Thai data protection requirements, including contractual safeguards where required.
